The role
Biliterate in English and Haitian Creole; translate and transcreate educational texts from English to Haitian Creole while preserving meaning and intent.
Edit translations for grammar, style, tone, and cultural appropriateness.
Conduct research and fact-checking using reliable linguistic resources to support high-quality outputs.
Incorporate feedback from team members to maintain consistency across materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, attend meetings, and follow established workflows in a remote, part-time setting.
Estimated workload of 20-25+ hours per week with a fully remote arrangement.
