The role
Lead the finance function as the Number 2, shaping financial sustainability and strategic direction.
Oversee budgeting, forecasts, cash flow, and statutory returns with rigorous governance.
Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team and contribute to Senior Leadership Team decisions.
Drive agile financial systems, automation, and data-led insights to improve value for money.
Partner with senior leaders, external auditors, and regulators to ensure compliance and assurance.
Support succession planning and build strategic finance capability to enable long-term growth.
