Account Manager, Internal Sales

To maximise growth of sales within the branch and surrounding area. Manage a ledger of existing accounts and build strong customer relationships. Develop new business opportunities, including outreach to lapsed and dormant accounts. Respond to general enquiries, advise on product availability and delivery dates, and prepare quotations. Perform general sales administration and document management. Maintain outstanding customer service at all times and support the sales team with ongoing follow-up.
