The role
Lead and mentor a squad of AI engineers to deliver AI-powered product features from prototype to production.
Design and implement agentic AI systems and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
Balance hands-on technical leadership with strategic direction and practical delivery.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to ensure impact, measurability, and business alignment.
Establish best practices in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation, and AI system reliability.
Foster a culture of experimentation and evidence-driven decision-making while growing the team's skills.
