The role
Maintain, install, test, and calibrate industrial electrical systems to support continuous production.
Troubleshoot AC/DC motors, drives, PLCs, relays, and control devices using schematics and electrical codes.
Diagnose equipment failures, support machine rebuilds, plant shutdowns, and new equipment installations.
Provide guidance and training to team members on electrical maintenance practices and safety procedures.
Maintain organized work areas and accurate maintenance records; adhere to safety standards and overtime requirements.
Requires 5-7 years of electrical/mechanical maintenance, proficiency with 120/240/480V systems, and use of hand and power tools.
