The role
Perform tasks as directed within a civil construction environment, contributing to project timelines and quality.
Assist with basic maintenance and upkeep of construction equipment to support site productivity.
Collaborate with teammates on the crew to maximize output while consistently following safety rules and regulations.
Be safety oriented, with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to changing site needs.
Experience with heavy equipment is a plus; OSHA training is preferred.
Physical stamina and a proactive attitude are essential for success on this role.
