The role
Salt are partnered with a leading cultural and education organisation and are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager (Events) to join their Marketing team on a 2 month contract. This role leads the marketing and communications activity for a high-profile programme of live performances and public events. You’ll deliver creative, data-led campaigns that grow audiences, drive ticket sales and strengthen brand visibility across London's arts and culture landscape. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery, managing campaigns end-to-end, overseeing ticketing operations, working closely with external partners and line-managing a Marketing & Communications Coordinator. Key responsibilities include launching seasonal performance programmes, delivering multi-channel campaigns, overseeing marketing materials, managing ticketing, analysing sales data, liaising with media agencies and ensuring content accuracy across platforms. Experience in arts or live events marketing, digital and print media production, data utilisation, media relations, organisational ability, and team management are essential.
