HR Business Partner - R&D US
Partner with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business goals and support a global R&D organization’s objectives. Lead rollout of HR projects and initiatives, including talent development, performance management, succession planning, and learning programs, in collaboration with Group HR and senior leaders. Provide operational HR support and coordinate with local and international HR teams to ensure day-to-day HR operations run smoothly. Ensure compliance with guidelines and local laws, maintain accurate HR records, and generate reports to inform decision-making. Support managers across countries, drive strategic workforce planning, and streamline processes to improve efficiency and service delivery. Apply a data-driven mindset with strong communication, collaboration, and a proactive, business-focused approach.
