The role
Own and manage delivery for up to four strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring delivery excellence across the portfolio.
Contribute to customer solutions and Statements of Work to enable feasible delivery and maximum value.
Lead all active contracts with a comprehensive, 360-degree view of progress, value, and risk, guiding escalation reviews.
Turn customer intelligence into opportunities for product enhancements, new sales, and operational efficiencies.
Forge and sustain strong relationships with customers and internal teams to drive seamless delivery and customer success.
Embed governance forums and quality controls, manage scope changes with commercial impact, and contribute to delivery practices.
