Digital Marketing - SEO & Performance Coordinator
Act as the internal advocate for organic search, embedding SEO best practices across marketing and development roadmaps. Develop and execute a Pan-European SEO strategy, balancing local market nuances with global brand objectives. Manage site health, conduct audits, and define technical roadmaps with cross-functional teams. Oversee CMS configurations (robots.txt, sitemaps, canonicals) and ensure assets are localized and optimized. Monitor SEO KPIs and drive data-driven improvements in collaboration with Content, UX, and Digital teams. Educate and empower teams to apply SEO best practices, supporting local offices in improving regional SERP visibility.
