The role

The role involves monitoring system performance, responding to automated alerts, and troubleshooting software, operating system, and database issues. The administrator will oversee software installation, configuration, upgrades, patches, backups, and system failover procedures. Essential duties include capacity planning, performance analysis, and providing technical support onsite. Candidates should have extensive experience with MSSQL versions from 2012 to 2022 and familiarity with high availability solutions such as Always-On, mirroring, and clustering. The role requires strong communication skills, team collaboration, and effective time management. A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field is mandatory.
