Methods is a £100M+ IT Services Consultancy that partners with central government departments, agencies, and commercial organisations to deliver meaningful digital transformation. The role involves supporting business development, shaping solutions, and providing delivery assurance across ServiceNow projects. The successful candidate will act as a solution designer, support bid activities, and conduct delivery governance to ensure best practices. They will collaborate with account teams and technical specialists to develop compelling propositions and ensure successful programme outcomes. Strong stakeholder management, technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules, and experience in solution design or governance are essential for this position.
