The role
A reputable law firm seeks an experienced Senior Associate in Commercial Litigation to join its Liverpool team, working on complex dispute resolution cases. The role involves managing a varied caseload from instruction to resolution, advising clients, preparing legal documentation, and attending hearings and negotiations. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of PQE, strong technical knowledge, and experience in business development.
