The role
Lead full life-cycle recruitment for Retail roles with a focus on luxury retail, cultivating strong relationships with Regional teams, Boutique Managers, and Corporate Partners.
Kick off recruitment by identifying market needs and ensuring an efficient, high-quality process.
Design and execute sourcing strategies; build a retail talent network from sales associates to Boutique Managers while conducting market research.
Uphold luxury standards in candidate experience by coordinating interviews, performing reference checks, extending offers, and following up.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and Management leadership to monitor KPIs, plan succession, support internal mobility, and co-create recruitment tools.
Demonstrate independence, results-driven focus, creativity in sourcing, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
