The role
Lead e-commerce and digital marketing activities with a focus on Shopify backend management and pricing.
Implement and optimize email marketing in Klaviyo, including campaigns, templates, and automated flows.
Create and curate content and visuals using Canva, and contribute to blog posts and product pages.
Provide efficient office support and responsive customer service to support order processing and inquiries.
Translate technical solar product specs into clear, compelling marketing messages for diverse audiences.
Develop knowledge of solar products and industry trends to inform strategy and drive performance.
