The role
The role involves collaborating within a team to determine capital and capacity for developing and manufacturing technology and products. The successful candidate will focus on developing efficient manufacturing processes and systems, utilising analytical data to optimise personnel and equipment use. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving bottlenecks and championing change initiatives. The ideal applicant will possess strong organisational skills, the ability to work independently, and adapt to shifting priorities. The role requires a recent or final-year graduate in an engineering or mathematical discipline, with some exposure to optimisation, continuous improvement, or statistical problem-solving.
