The role
A regulatory body seeks a Senior Lawyer to join its fitness to practise team in Sheffield. The role involves supporting decision-making during triage, advising on case progression and investigation stages, and collaborating with the legal and case presenting teams. Supervisory duties include overseeing and quality-assuring legal advice provided by paralegals and lawyers. Candidates must qualify as a Solicitor, Barrister or Fellow of CILEX, or be eligible for registration with the SRA, BSB, or CILEX.
