The role
The Property Coverage Attorney provides proactive legal support in insurance coverage matters, drafting pleadings, briefs, and discovery responses.
Analyses insurance policies and drafts comprehensive coverage opinions while conducting thorough legal research using Westlaw or LexisNexis.
Performs document review, case preparation, and filings; supports depositions, hearings, and mediations.
Manages multiple matters with strong organization, attention to detail, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Requirements include admission to practice in at least one U.S. state (California bar strongly preferred), insurance coverage experience, JD, and excellent writing and research skills.
