The role
Deliver five-star, Ritz-Carlton level service as a Door Staff member in a premium residential community. Greet residents and guests with professionalism, manage access and security discreetly. Provide concierge-level support for deliveries, transportation, and resident requests with thorough documentation. Anticipate needs and resolve issues before they arise, maintaining a calm, proactive hospitality mindset. Work across multiple properties on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Maintain a pristine, welcoming lobby and uphold the gold standard of luxury service.
