The role
The Industrial Engineer in Burlington is responsible for improving manufacturing operations through process analysis, Lean methodologies, and data-driven decision making. They evaluate production capacity, optimise workflow, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing key performance metrics, and supporting process validation within a regulated environment. Candidates should have a degree in Industrial Engineering, experience in manufacturing, and skills in Lean, data analysis, and process optimisation. Familiarity with medical device regulations, Lean Six Sigma, and MES systems is preferred to succeed in this role.
