The role
Arup is seeking mid and senior Civil Engineers to join the Energy, Water and Site Development teams in Cardiff. The role involves designing and delivering civil engineering solutions with a strong technical foundation, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Candidates will lead projects, coordinate workstreams, and mentor colleagues, applying design standards, planning, and stakeholder engagement across water, energy or site development schemes. This position requires solid technical skills, project management abilities, and experience in civil engineering standards and regulations. Applicants should have strong communication skills and proficiency in relevant software tools used in civil engineering environments.
