The role
Lead end-to-end financial partnering across change programs, ensuring value for money and accountability for financial outcomes.
Review and challenge business cases, quantify benefits and costs, and secure funding with clear assumptions documented.
Maintain a central baseline of benefits and costs, track variances, and drive corrective actions to realise outcomes.
Deliver accurate monthly forecasts and insightful reporting; develop self-serve MI to enable senior decision making.
Ensure timely month-end accounting and appropriate capitalisation in line with policy; maintain a no-surprises mindset.
Influence senior stakeholders through compelling narratives, uphold strong controls, and drive continuous improvement in ways of working.
