The role
This AI Forward Deployed Engineering (AI FDE) role focuses on delivering cutting-edge GenAI solutions to customers, translating business problems into production-grade AI apps.
You will own end-to-end production rollouts of GenAI applications for external and internal use, including evaluation, optimization, and scaling.
As a trusted technical advisor, you will guide customers across domains and help shape AI initiatives and outcomes.
You will present at industry events to share insights and elevate thought leadership.
This role requires hands-on experience with GenAI techniques such as RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, and fine-tuning, using tools like HuggingFace, LangChain, and DSPy.
The position requires hands-on ML deployment on cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP), strong data science fundamentals, and excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences, plus eligibility for a security clearance and DC-area residency.
