The role
Lead GenAI and LLM operations, planning day-0 launches of models with production readiness across engineering, commercialization, legal, and cloud partners.
Partner with AI/ML and platform engineering teams to operationalize onboarding, rollout, and lifecycle management of LLM workloads.
Define and maintain launch checklists, runbooks, and success metrics for GenAI workloads.
Own GPU and LLM capacity planning, forecasting, and allocation, building SQL-driven models and dashboards to forecast demand and surface risks.
Monitor utilization, efficiency, and reliability; drive governance, reporting, and cost optimization; ensure audit-ready documentation.
Communicate findings and risks to senior leadership while coordinating across multiple time zones and functions (finance, partner ops, cloud providers).
