The role
Lead and grow a high-performing team of software and DevOps engineers to deliver a scalable cloud platform for edge and AI workloads.
Collaborate with product, design, and QA to define requirements, scope, and timelines, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Drive infrastructure as code, automation, and CI/CD for microservices and data architectures across multi-region deployments.
Establish and enforce security and compliance standards to protect sensitive data and systems.
Oversee data engineering initiatives and data platform development, monitoring performance, capacity, and cost optimization.
Recruit, onboard, and mentor talent, fostering a diverse, inclusive, and innovation-driven engineering culture.
