The role
Partnership Analyst leads cross-team process integration and standardization to ensure compliance, efficiency, and high-quality financial services within the Financial Operations function.
Advises on cross-team process creation, develops SOPs, and aligns service delivery with campus-wide financial policies.
Drives and monitors cross-team SLAs and KPIs, builds dashboards, and reports trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
Contributes to large-scale finance transformation initiatives, supports change management, and coordinates staff onboarding and training on new processes.
Tracks KPIs, communicates project status, and coordinates stakeholder engagement across departments.
Requires strong data-driven insights, process-improvement expertise, and superior stakeholder relationship management.
