Lead the strategy and execution for global real estate procurement, spanning facilities, data center space, and overall footprint. Own sourcing strategy and supplier governance for hard FM services and key soft services, driving proactive maintenance. Embed energy and water efficiency and ESG metrics in supplier selection and contracting, with accountability for emissions and waste. Provide commercial support for capital projects, including contractor benchmarking, bidding, and cost guardrails. Collaborate with site leads and ESG stakeholders to adopt regional sourcing standards and scalable playbooks. Demonstrate proven procurement experience in real estate, MSP models, and maintain an executive presence with English fluency.
