The role
As an HR Onboarding Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for caregivers and clinicians during onboarding and credentialing updates.
Coordinate swift onboarding of Physical and Occupational Therapists while maintaining up-to-date documents to ensure state and federal regulatory compliance.
Conduct proactive outreach and follow-up to obtain missing documents and promptly address employment concerns.
The role requires 1+ year of customer service and onboarding experience, with fluent Spanish and excellent written and verbal communication.
Demonstrate perseverance under pressure, superior time management, and multitasking to manage multiple projects to timely completion.
This is an onsite, full-time position based in Bronx, NY 10455, with benefits including health and dental insurance and paid time off.
