The role
Licensed real estate agent needed to assist with buyer and rental showings in Mount Vernon, NY and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities include conducting property showings, coordinating Open Houses, and preparing light inspection reports.
Must have MLS access and the ability to schedule and show homes using an electronic lockbox.
Compensation is task-based, averaging around $34 per showing with potential tips for quality work.
This is a CONTRACTOR role; agents remain with their current brokerage while providing showing services.
Experience showing homes in the Mount Vernon area is required.
