The role
Compliance Lead, Membership Intake:
Lead review, analysis, and recommendation of high-risk membership transactions and novel business models.
Manage required consultations with Canadian Securities Administrators.
Ensure compliance programs remain effective with regulatory developments and industry evolution.
Provide subject matter expert review from Business Conduct Compliance perspective
