The role
Hannafin Contractors Limited seeks a Site Engineer to support construction projects in Portsmouth. The role involves setting out and levelling, conducting surveys, checking drawings and quantities, and producing reports on cut and fill, as well as liaising with subcontractors and consultants. Candidates will need to demonstrate strong organisational skills, proficiency with total stations and GPS, and a solid understanding of budgets and project timelines. Excellent communication skills are essential to collaborate with clients, construction managers, and teams. Knowledge of building regulations, health and safety legislation, and technical problem-solving are also required. Candidates must possess a valid right to work and a CSCS card to be eligible.
