The role
Coordinate international shipments from planning through delivery, optimizing routes, cost, and transit times.
Prepare loading plans, documentation, and bills of lading to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
Collaborate with customers, overseas offices, and third-party providers to secure prompt and secure cargo movement.
Track shipments, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements for supply chain efficiency.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements; leverage ERP systems for data integrity.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision while maintaining high service levels.
