The role
Lead the ideation, development, and on-site execution of immersive events, activations, lounges, and feature areas.
Design daytime and evening experiences that drive engagement, attendee connection, and brand buzz.
Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Sponsorship, Marketing, and Finance to deliver sellable activation opportunities and value.
Manage talent, contracts, budgets, vendors, and content capture from pre-show through on-site production.
Incorporate audience insights and community perspectives to keep programming fresh and relevant.
Oversee budgets, AV/production, and post-event content to ensure year-round engagement and measurable outcomes.
