Coordinate daily tracking and tracing of customer shipments across truck, ocean, and air modes, ensuring timely updates and accurate status.
Manage payments to vendors for services rendered and maintain precise financial records for each shipment.
Utilize transportation management software (TMS) to generate documents and streamline workflow.
Contact truck, ocean, and air vendors for status updates and competitive rates.
Collaborate with overseas partners and local sales teams to coordinate shipments and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
Provide accurate profit and loss analyses and maintain reports in Excel or online dashboards as required.
