The role
Represent landlords and property owners in unlawful detainer (eviction) proceedings and related disputes in San Francisco and the Bay Area.
Draft and serve notices to vacate, including 3-day notices to pay or quit, cure or quit, and termination notices.
File, litigate, and negotiate in unlawful detainer cases, handling motions, discovery, settlements, and trials.
Appear in court hearings and trials across San Francisco and surrounding courts; provide strategic counsel on rent control, buyouts, and compliance.
Advise on habitability claims, wrongful eviction defenses, and fair housing issues, ensuring legal compliance for clients.
Collaborate with property managers and investors to implement lawful, efficient eviction and lease enforcement programs.
