The role
Lead multiple Justice + Civic projects across regions, guiding mechanical engineering teams to align with project-specific design criteria and timelines.
Ensure design quality through rigorous reviews and collaboration with architects, other engineers, and clients in an integrated design process.
Manage engineering project execution—tracking budget, schedule, and scope while maintaining strong client expectations.
Facilitate meetings with staff, owners, vendors, and consultants, documenting decisions and coordinating cross-disciplinary resources.
Drive business development by contributing to RFP responses, participating in client interviews, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Lead the technical design on high-impact projects, including smoke control and security-integrated systems, while mentoring teams and ensuring code compliance and sustainability commitments.
