The role
The Digital Content Strategist leads planning, creation, governance, and optimization of content across the college's websites and digital channels.
Translates complex academic and research information into clear, engaging, accessible content for diverse audiences.
Ensures digital content aligns with strategic priorities - recruitment, reputation, student success, and research visibility - while upholding brand, accessibility, and user experience standards.
Collaborates with academic departments, marketing, and web teams to develop editorial calendars, governance processes, and performance metrics.
Optimizes content for search, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design, using data-driven insights to improve engagement and usability.
Manages the content life cycle from planning through governance and optimization, ensuring consistency and quality across all digital channels.
