The role
The Resource Manager oversees the allocation and utilisation of technical resources to meet organisational objectives. This role involves planning and adjusting resource distributions, managing workforce capacity and productivity, and collaborating with project teams and leadership. Key duties include maintaining accurate records, analysing data for insights, and reporting on key metrics to improve efficiency.
