The role
Design scalable, high-performing technology solutions in an Agile environment by leading requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, and production support.
Lead significant, complex DevOps initiatives and define technical specifications that drive performance and reliability.
Apply a DevOps mindset with automation, CI/CD, and continuous delivery to optimize releases and operations.
Collaborate with product managers, security, and architecture to resolve critical production issues and influence the technical direction.
Mentor engineers and cultivate a collaborative, high-performing team while engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
Leverage deep domain knowledge and modern technologies to simplify business processes and deliver impactful outcomes.
