The role
A leading law firm based in Milton Keynes seeks a locum employment solicitor to join its employment team. The role involves handling a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including disciplinary issues, tribunal claims, contracts, policies, and settlement agreements. The successful candidate must manage a busy caseload independently, demonstrating high technical competence and confidence working without supervision. A minimum of four years' PQE is preferred, enabling swift integration and effective support from the outset.
