The role
The senior HR Business Partner works closely with senior leaders to deliver the people agenda and develop effective strategies aligned with business goals. They provide expert advice on all HR disciplines, including organisational design, culture, talent, and reward, supporting change management initiatives. This role involves building strong stakeholder relationships, delivering impactful HR projects, and analysing people data to inform decisions. The candidate must have extensive HR experience, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to influence and drive organisational success. It requires autonomous working, problem solving, and the ability to manage complex staff and business issues effectively. The role also involves fostering an inclusive culture and collaborating with HR centres of expertise to enhance HR practices.
