The role
A Lead Business Analyst role in Manchester involves supporting large-scale transformation projects, particularly in workplace pensions, within a hybrid working environment. The analyst will lead analysis activities, facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and produce detailed artefacts such as business requirements and process maps. Strong stakeholder management, agile methodologies, and documentation skills are essential, as is experience with behavioural driven development (BDD). The position also requires mentoring junior analysts and collaborating across multiple workstreams to deliver strategic objectives. Candidates should have significant business analysis experience in financial services, especially pensions, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
