The role
Lead and mentor an 8-10 person team of ML engineers and researchers focusing on real-time AI for speech and language.
Define the technical roadmap for video call AI models, from research prototypes to production deployment.
Oversee end-to-end ML model development, ensuring performance, latency, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and infrastructure to translate requirements into ML solutions.
Establish robust ML engineering practices, including experimentation pipelines, model training workflows, evaluation benchmarks, and deployment standards.
Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture and push for innovation in speech, audio, and language models.
