The role
Lead and mentor an 8-10 person ML engineering team, guiding growth and talent development.
Define the technical roadmap for AI models, from research prototyping to production deployment.
Oversee end-to-end ML model development, ensuring performance, latency, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into ML solutions.
Establish robust ML engineering practices, including experimentation pipelines, training workflows, evaluation benchmarks, and deployment standards.
Drive production excellence by maintaining monitoring systems and driving continuous improvements to model quality and user experience.
