The role
Provide administrative and client service support to the account team, producers, and assigned accounts with minimal supervision.
Manage policy administration, expirations, renewals, underwriting submissions, loss run analysis, and coverage evaluations.
Assist with contract reviews to ensure proper coverages, and facilitate binding and issuance of policies.
Handle customer service requests, billing, claims, and data maintenance across agency management systems and carrier platforms.
Monitor activity and suspense items, manage delinquent accounts, and communicate workload status with the team.
Support continuous improvement, maintain policy compliance, and deliver proactive, high-quality service to clients.
