The role
Develop and fine-tune foundation models for payments, merchants, and consumers, focusing on risk and fraud reduction.
Apply state-of-the-art methods including multimodal alignment, knowledge distillation, quantization, and advanced reasoning to build specialized models.
Deploy and scale ML systems across product areas, driving architectural decisions, model governance, and high-quality code.
Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to identify foundational investments that unlock new product capabilities.
Mentor ML engineers, share best practices, and help teams navigate complex trade-offs and platform adoption.
Stay current with academic and industry advances to translate insights into production-ready solutions.
