The role
As an on-site Compliance Specialist, you will support FinTech compliance through content review, documentation, and issue tracking.
Review advertisements, site updates, and partner materials to ensure alignment with regulatory and partner requirements.
Maintain accurate compliance trackers, monitor remediation efforts, and support internal and external audits.
Develop, update, and organize SOPs and checklists to keep documentation audit-ready.
Collaborate with Content, Paid Acquisition, and Account teams to communicate requirements and ensure timely implementation.
Demonstrate ownership, attention to detail, and proactive problem solving to prevent compliance gaps.
