The role
Participate in deal teams to develop, present, and win mandates for opportunities in the Industrials sector.
Create client pitch books and support presentations to showcase financial solutions.
Develop and maintain financial models to analyze client portfolios and anticipate needs.
Conduct thorough due diligence, monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, and assess transaction risk.
Manage a diversified portfolio of private and middle-market companies with increasing client responsibility and cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and contribute to process improvements and risk controls.
