The role
Support design of Risk Appetite requirements across setting, measurement, monitoring, breach management, action planning, and reporting.
Assist in documenting requirements in policies, standards, and procedures to ensure clarity and accountability across the three lines of defense.
Help integrate Risk Appetite with strategic planning, capital planning, and risk identification programs for cross-functional alignment.
Maintain a comprehensive set of risk metrics across key risk categories, including metric definition, calibration, and limit-setting.
Support adherence monitoring and consistent program execution across risk types and business units, including breach documentation and action plans.
Coordinate annual refresh activities and prepare sections of quarterly reporting for senior management and governance committees, while maintaining the central repository of Risk Appetite materials.
