The role
Join a growing employment law team to provide legal services on employment law matters with direct client interaction. You will advise on compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations. Draft and review employment contracts, employee handbooks, and other HR-related documents. Represent clients in employment disputes, including discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage-hour issues. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and help mitigate HR risks; provide practical guidance on HR problems. Stay current on evolving trends and changes in employment law while building strong, ongoing client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
